Arranged on the ground floor of the house, 3 cottages are available for rent.
Each of these accommodations offers excellent comfort and convenience. The layout has been designed so that you can have a pleasant and friendly stay while making the most of the site.
The 3 lodgings overlook a spacious swimming pool (15 × 5 meters), shared by all tenants of the building (lodgings, B & Bs and owners). Deckchairs are available to relax next to the water.

Gîte La Grenouille: 50m² – Sleeps 6 people

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water heater, etc.)
• Living room area with sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, WIFI access
• A bedroom with 2 twin beds making it possible to offer a bed 180cm wide by 200cm long (these two beds can also be separated according to convenience to form two beds in 90) and an alcove with 2 bunk beds. Duvets and pillows are provided.
• Large bathroom with Italian shower and raised WC
• Private terrace overlooking the swimming pool shared by all tenants. Equipment: electric awning, dining set (table and chairs), garden furniture and barbecue.
• Strengths:

Gîte La Salamandre: 60m² – Sleeps 6 people

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water heater, etc.)
• Living room area with sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, WIFI access
• 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds allowing to offer a bed 180cm wide by 200cm long (these two beds can also be separated according to convenience to form two beds in 90) and one with 2 bunk beds. Duvets and pillows are provided.
• Bathroom with shower and WC
• Private covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool shared by all tenants. Equipment: meal set (table and chairs), garden furniture and barbecue.
• Strong points:
  ◦ Very large terrace of 40m² fully covered. Ideal for cooling off in summer or relaxing on rainy days.

Gîte Le Papillon: 50m² – Sleeps 4 people

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water heater, etc.)
• Living room area with sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, WIFI access
• A bedroom with 2 twin beds making it possible to offer a bed 180cm wide by 200cm long (these two beds can also be separated according to convenience to form two 90cm beds). Duvets and pillows are provided.
• Bathroom with shower and WC
• Private terrace. Equipment: electric awning, dining set (table and chairs), garden furniture and barbecue.
• Strong points:
  ◦ Very bright gîte
  ◦ Terrace isolated from the rest of the gîtes.
  ◦ East-facing terrace allowing you to have lunch in the sun in the morning and be in the shade in the afternoon.

SEASON 2023:

All Saints, Christmas and Easter holidays 395 € 

*Tourist tax of 1,50 € per person over 18 years old per night in addition.

Very high season: 08/07/23 to 19/08/23
High season: 24/06/23 to 08/07/23 and 20/08/23 to 26/08/23
Mid season: 06/05/23 to 24/06/23 and 26/08/23 to 30/09/23
Low season: 01/01/23 to 07/04/23 and 30/09/23 to 23/12/23
School holidays: all zones combined

Our rates are valid until 12/31/2023

Additional services:

• Cleaning fee: 75,00 € (compulsory in very high season and optional the rest of the year)
• Bed linen: 12,50 € pp (optional, it is quite possible to bring your own sheets.) Important: it is strictly forbidden to sleep in beds or sofas without sheets.
• Bath towel (not suitable for swimming): 7,50 € pp (optional, it is quite possible to bring your own towels)
• Washing machine or Tumble dryer (at the owners’ home):  5,00 € per use
